1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MeMind ("the Service"), including the Chrome extension, website, and any associated APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MeMind is a Chrome extension and web platform that organizes your conversations from AI chat services (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Perplexity, and DeepSeek). The Service includes:

• A Chrome extension for conversation syncing and organization
• A web dashboard for account management
• Optional cloud sync and backup (paid subscription)
• An Agent API for third-party integrations (paid subscription)

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Free and Paid Services

The extension's core features are free to use. Premium features (cloud sync, mobile access, Agent API) require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed through Square (or Stripe for legacy accounts).

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
• Access other users' data without authorization
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond the provided APIs
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by MeMind and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your conversation data. By using the cloud sync feature, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your data for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of conversation data synced from third-party AI platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
