What AI platforms are supported?

MeMind supports ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Perplexity, and DeepSeek for AI chat sync. Pro subscribers also get Discord and Telegram message sync.

Is my conversation data private?

By default, all data stays in your browser's local storage (IndexedDB). Cloud sync is optional and only activated when you upgrade. You can delete all cloud data at any time.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your Account page. Your data remains accessible until the end of your billing period.

What's the difference between annual and monthly?

Both give you full Pro access. Annual billing saves you $19/year ($89/yr vs $108/yr). You can switch between plans at any time.

What is Lifetime Personal?

A one-time payment of $99 for permanent access to cloud sync, mobile app, and BYOK overlay chat + merge. Excludes Discord / hosted Telegram bots (Pro+), eligibility for the invitation-only Agent API beta, and team features (Enterprise). Subject to our fair use policy. No recurring charges ever.

What is the Agent API?

The Agent API is an invitation-only private beta. Issued tokens can search and read your synced conversations; write, chat, merge, export, public MCP discovery, and OAuth are not currently exposed.

Do I need a subscription to use the extension?

No. The free tier gives you the extension with local storage. Paid plans add their listed Cloud features and may make an account eligible for the invitation-only Agent API beta.
